  Our caregiver has truly been an angel. Yvonne has cared for my husband for so lomg, and now we are moving back North to be near family. We have loved Yvonne and hate leaving her care. Home Instead has a been a great help to us, and their staff is super friendly. When we get moved, we will find Home Instead and continue with their help. We pray we can find someone as caring as Yvonne.

  The experience my family has had with the Home Instead Staff in obtaining the proper care for my elderly parents has been exceptional. The entire process that they have in place in order to match the correct Care Giver for your loved ones is professional and done with genuine concern. We have been truly blessed with the most incredible "ANGEL" to care for my 92 year-old father. Annamaria S. is an incredibly hard-working individual and handles every situation with the utmost care. She is one of those wonderful people who makes every day brighter for everyone she meets. Her patience and work-ethic are stellar! My DAD couldn't be happier. We have been fortunate in being able to work with terrific "Schedulers" who make sure that all my Dad's appointments are accounted for in advance and that we have our favorite Care Giver in attendance. Each of these Staff Members has helped out in numerous ways, but one of the Members stands out above the rest: Katrina C., LPN! When we have spoken with her, we feel like we are dealing with one of our own family members. Simply stated, she definitely puts everything into her job as Staff Coordinator/HHA Trainer! We couldn't be more reassured knowing that she will take care of whatever comes our way. We did a lot of research before we decided upon hiring the Home Instead Company (Bill & Sue Bidwell, Franchise Owners). From our first encounter with the Home Instead Director, Bill D. to the meet and greet of our wonderful Care Giver, the entire process was seamless! They make sure that not only are your loved ones in a safe environment, but that their Care Givers are going into one as well. That attention to detail spoke volumes to us. We would highly recommend this company and their magnificent group of caring employees to help your loved ones feel safe and comfortable under their watchful supervision. It has been an absolute joy to work with everyone that we have come in contact with this year and to know that we have found more than just a company that really cares, but an entire group of people that set the bar for the excellence in this industry and makes our jobs as Care Givers from different states that much easier.
