Yes, at first people were friendly, but got the bait and switch was trying to get contacts that were daily use and multifocal with a slight stigmatism correction. I know these actually exist, but the sample was ordered, but never came in and then I was told two months later that they were not dailies, but actually monthly. I made myself a very, very clear. My eyes would only tolerate daily use. First time I’ve tried contacts. Now nobody calls me back. And yes, my benefits have already been used for the exam and such so I’m kind of stuck.
