The 3 of them bring all of their own energy to each class and they really care about you being present, listening to your body, and pushing you to be better. I have been coming here for 2 months and have already been to 40 classes. I can't recommend it enough. It's amazing for your mind and clarity and core work. ✨️

Lexxus is invested in making sure we all improve and are safe. I wish she could follow me around in my travels. The studio is great and the staff I talked to were all very helpful. Highly recommend!
