  Always an efficient appointment and everyone is very friendly! I’ve been seeing Dr. Hruban for years - her and the staff have always been great!

  Great experience! Everyone I came in contact with was professional and polite. Doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me well. Would definitely recommend to others!

  The experience at the front desk during check-out was terrible. Marc, the front desk manager smirked at me almost laughing when I tried to explain to him that I did not authorize an eye exam test that I was being charged for as I checked out. I even wrote it on my intake paper that I was only authorizing test that my insurance would fully cover. Marc kept insisting that its right there in your paperwork and you need to pay it. He was also very rude to an elderly lady in her 90's. When Marc communicates with you, he shows no compassion or listen well or offer a solution. He just stands there, stares at you and smirks. My doctors and technicians were amazing! Marc, the front desk manager should not be in the Healthcare profession. He is unprofessional and displays no compassion for people.

  I just came back from an appointment to pay for my second cataract surgery and it’s been also a week since my first cataract surgery. I first met Mapy Gomez the surgical coordinator, she was friendly and helpful, like the last time I met her, she explained everything I needed to know for my second surgery. Then before meeting Dr. Goldberg who is replacing Dr. Somohano who’s at the Stuart clinic today, I met Brandy who was also friendly, efficient and professional. I finally met Dr. Goldberg who was like Dr. Somohano, extremely knowledgeable, reassuring on the small issues I had and professional. All in all, I’m glad that I chose Florida Vision Institute because I hate incompetence and their team is exactly the opposite! Keep up the great work!!
