- CWClaude WalkerFeb 17, 20261.0well first off this place is full of a bunch of incompetent people so I live all the way on the other side of Ormond Beach made sure I called make sure I knew what I needed they told me social security card and named off a bunch of stuff for proof of address so I told him I had proof of address through a lease agreement they told me that was fine so I got up the next morning drove all the way down here and now they're telling me it's not incompetence at its best so my advice is never go to a place that can't simply tell you what you need when you get here a lease agreement is a lease agreement but yet they turn mine down now I understand why when I go to most places the parking lot is full in this place has four cars in the parking lot
