What stood out most was how kind, attentive, and personable she was throughout the whole visit. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and wants them to leave feeling confident and taken care of. That level of service is rare these days, and it made a huge difference in my experience. I told the lady at the first table, I had an appointment she directs me to the register. I stood at the register for 9 minutes nobody greeted me or said I'll be right with you. There were 3 young ladies in the side room giggling out loud,still nobody acknowledged me. So I walked out and called to speak to the manager of optical. He apologized and offered me a few bucks off a pair glasses,mind you with my insurance would have been free along with my exam. Advise this manager I was referred to location by a corporate manager but clearly the person would referred me was most definitely wrong. Absolutely I will never patronize this location ever again especially this being my first time ever at this Target. Worst experience ever..
