  Very confident with the all the employees from the time I walked in, and through all studies, scans , everybody was so kind and thoughtful very respectful, and very knowledgeable to my concerns. I would recommend this office to anyone that has any kind of issues with their eyes. Thank you again for all you do.

  Dr Gomez explained my options clearly and made procedure easy to experience. His steady hand while injecting medication in the skin on my eye was reassuring. Well done. Associates assisting were very supportive and pleasant. Staff all around were efficient and pleasant.

  I’m writing this review to share my disappointment with the level of patience and professionalism shown by the tech who assisted my elderly family member. While the facility itself was clean and efficient, the interaction with the tech left a lot to be desired. The tech appeared rushed and visibly irritated when my family member needed extra time to understand instructions. Instead of offering reassurance or slowing down, the tech responded with short, dismissive comments that made the situation uncomfortable. Elderly patients often require clearer explanations and a bit more compassion, and unfortunately, that was not provided. Healthcare—at any level—should be rooted in empathy. A little patience goes a long way, especially for seniors who may already feel anxious or overwhelmed. I hope this feedback encourages better training and awareness so that future patients receive the respectful, considerate care they deserve.

  Have been a patient at Central Florida Retina for a couple of years now and always get great care. Dr Feinstein has corrected multiple issues with my eyes, all painlessly and with detailed explanation of what needs to done and why. Very pleased with the care I get from this clinic and doctor.
