  Bree was amazing and the front desk girl aswell, the service was so so so nice we even signed up for their monthly plans which are not expensive at all and will be coming back every week .

  Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place. My husband had a negative experience after an adjustment that left his back worse than before. When he called to express concerns, the front desk employee responded in a way that was concerning and unprofessional, even mentioning that she wasn’t surprised and implying the chiropractor had a history of similar issues. After that call, he asked to cancel his plan, but he was never informed that cancellations had to be done in person. Because of that, he was still charged $180 for a plan he no longer intended to use. He hasn’t returned since, but was still billed. Overall, very poor customer service and communication. Would give 0 if optional

  I needed a general adjustment and Dr. V did a great job putting everything back where it belonged. It was one of the best adjustments I’ve ever had. I’m leaving Florida for Michigan in two weeks and I hope I can find someone as good as Dr. V in Michigan!

  My local chiropractor had retired 6 months ago and I kept passing by The Joint chiropractor then when I hurt myself and it was a Saturday I went in and 30 minutes later I walked out feeling incredible and I now go there almost every week just for back pain management even if I don't need it they adjust me and I feel fantastic. They have great chiropractors who I highly recommend and a fantastic staff. Joe c.

  I felt like I was being cracked by salesmen rather than Chiropractors. The setting is strange. WIDE OPEN! no privacy whatsoever. literally tons of people sitting there watching you get cracked. it was uncomfortable & awkward. The guy who worked on me only successfully cracked my neck, the rest he could not crack, and I am a tiny person so I'm not sure why he couldn't crack me, My husband who was on the table over next to me had a worse experience. they could not crack him at all! and in fact... he left in more pain than he was in when he walked in. All around horrible experience! disappointed :(
