  Yeah, they’ll sit there and lie to your face and tell you FedEx pulled up picking up samples knowing damn well they didn’t. FedEx doesn’t come until 215.

  informed me that I checked in incorrectly - I asked how I check in correctly and lab tech rolled her eyes & said my information in front of the entire waiting room. when I got pulled back the lab tech refused to draw my labs even with my order in hand & said I needed to register AGAIN - when asked if I was the correct patient being pulled back she just walked out of the room and came back with a phone number to call and re- register.. the most unprofessional office I have ever been to.

  I would give it zero stars, if that is even a thing. What a bunch of rude people. Why do they even work there. I was like a assembly line without human interaction. I would never go there again.

  Went in for my blood draw, the lady I had was very rude and didn’t want to hear what I had to say . Iv had the same work done there before and Stating she has been there 18 years . Will never be back to quest again ! Lab corp has got all my business now and will let everyone know how lab corp is way better ! Terrible customer service at this location ! Wasted my time and my day off for this !
