  The Technicians are always professional, friendly and caring. The office I go to on Caring Way in Port Charlotte, Florida is so organized, efficient, clean and easy.

  This review is more for Quest Diagnostics overall. My husband had STAT orders he took in with him from his dr.’s office. His blood draw was at 6:50AM in the morning. (He did say the tech marked the tests as STAT in their system). At around 4PM that day, he still had no results, including a simple CBC w auto/diff. Contacted his dr.’s office, and they called the provider support no. The MA told me that the results should be available 4-6 hours after 4:27PM (that must be the time they were “received” at the resulting lab, which we were told was in Tampa). 24 hours later, we still have no results, and since it’s a Saturday, all patient support is closed. I do not recommend them.

  Carrie was amazing!  She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I thank her for making me feel very comfortable when I was stressed out to begin with.  I highly recommend her for any patient that suffers from anxiety.
