  Definition of a good gym, every single one of the front desk staff is helpful and the facility is kept clean with a variety of equipment! best bang for your buck gym.

  I visited several health clubs near me and felt most comfortable at Youfit. My trainer, Devon, is excellent. She is very knowledgeable and sweetly pushes me past what I sometimes think I can do. It's going to be hard to find a trainer of her caliber when I go north. I liked my Michigan trainer but now I realize I was not being pushed nearly hard enough. I am SO much stronger and well ballanced. I can't thank her enough.

  Terrible experience, minus the gym itself being very basic and dirty, the YouFit enrollment program is a complete and utter joke. They lock you into a contract, with little to know explanation that you're signing up for that when you apply online. If you cancel the subscription without giving prior notice, they will continue to charge your account, and eventually you'll accumulate debt that they claim they will be "report to the business bureau to hurt your credit". This is not a fair company, they only care about your money, stay away.

  I’m an ‘elder’ - a 79-year old female who is finally regaining strength and fitness after sedentary decades. For years, I knew I needed to get back to fitness but was afraid I would hurt myself, afraid I would fail. After a stint of physical therapy that incidentally reintroduced me to using gym equipment, I decided to ask about membership at the nearby YouFit. Here’s A BIG SHOUT-OUT to the fabulous staff & trainers, new friends, and friends-I haven’t-met-yet at YouFit in Promenades Mall, Port Charlotte FL. This is a clean, well organized, well equipped, reasonably priced gym that actively welcomes clients of all ages and abilities. I’m consistently impressed with the sense of community that I feel here. Whether you want to work out independently, work with a trainer or join a class, this is the place for you. YOU! FIT!

  "I cannot recommend Chad highly enough, especially for anyone navigating a physical challenge. I have been training with him while managing drop foot, and his expertise has been a total game-changer for me. Instead of a 'one-size-fits-all' approach, Chad has been incredibly patient and adaptive. He focuses on my safety and stability without ever making me feel limited. He’s helped me rebuild my confidence in the gym by finding creative ways to work around my condition while still pushing me to get stronger. If you want a trainer who is genuinely invested in your progress and knows how to handle complex physical needs, Chad is the absolute best.
