  First, I now realize Miracle-Ear is not right for everyone. The staff were very nice, but in the end I was very disappointed in the product. I placed a lot of trust in what they kept telling me so I stayed with the hearing aids throughout adjustment after adjustment after adjustment without improvement in quality of the product throughout the 30 day warranty period. I then made an appointment with another provider and had immediate success with ReSound hearing aids. The difference was amazing like the difference between night and day. No further adjustments were required as was attempted by the Miracle-Ear representative. I now wonder if Miracle-Ear has a tactic of "stringing along" people past their 30 day warranty period in order to refuse any refund at all. This was the case with me. I now have Miracle-Ear hearing aids that are of no use to me and I am out of pocket the entire price of their product. I highly recommend ReSound hearing aids versus Miracle-Ear's product. By the way, the price of ReSound is about the same as the Miracle-Ear product. Reported to the BBB and Miracle-Ear did not respond.
