  I was 20 minutes late to an appointment because of heavy rain and they Wouldn’t accept me and told me I had to reschedule so I did for 10 o’clock the next morning. When I arrived at 10 o’clock promptly, the doctor was not there. She was actually 15 minutes late and still Never Arrived. Very Inconvenience and was very nonchalant about the whole situation.

  It was a nice experience. Dr. is friendly; staff is very accomodative. Rose is amazing.

  Made an eye exam appt for one of the only days I could go. Showed up 10 minutes before appointment, and waited.....and waited....and waited... Doc had an emergency and I couldn't wait any longer. Had to leave and go to work. I called on my way to work to try and reschedule for Saturday - staff let me know that they were going to call me back if an appoinment canceled. So I waited....and waited....and waited... Couldn't wait anymore as the day was ending for their office so I called them back on my lunch and asked again if I could get that saturday appointment. "Oh thank goodness you called back, yes!" ??? Get the appointment done. Was told I could manually input a credit card by front staff. Then as I was getting fitted for my frames I was told I could not. Had to buy my own birthday gift (my frames) because of it. Got a text about 5 days later that I could pick up my glasses so I stopped in before work, again....hours of operation on door said M-F 9am - 7pm. This was 9:20am on Friday. No one was in store. I called, no answer. I show up Saturday because I called and no one answered but I just wanted to get the $263.00 pair of frames I paid for. I called about 3 times before someone came to the door and let me get my glasses. They didn't even work in the retail side of things. No notice to patients that the store would be opened late. No communication between the staff. So inefficient and definitely not worth the time in going to this Lenscrafters. I wasted so much time, money and gas.

  DR. ANGELA NIMROOZI and staff were excellent. This is my third time at this location and they are the best. See you in a year. Thank you again.
