  YouFit Pompano is a very nice gym, CS has been great. Signed up with Christopher and immediately got a trainer, his name is Deven and I CANNOT praise him enough. This is not my first time with a trainer but it is my first time with someone who loves and enjoys training! He takes the time to explain the muscle your working on and he focuses on you to make sure you’re doing it correctly. He is dedicated, well informed and an encyclopedia of information! One day another person was observing the session and at the end came up to us and congratulated him for his dedication to make sure I was doing it correctly. So happy I started this journey here and got paired up with Deven! If you’re serious about your health go check them out!

  I have been a member at You Fit since two years and it is time to give a feedback to this studio. I can truly say, that there is a difference since Tatiana is the manager. She is very kind and professional still. The others managers were good as well, but today this facility is cleaner. Also she has two instructors who definitely deserve some kuddos. Bruce and Devon (not sure if this is spelled correctly) are very friendly and they always greet you with a smile. They do pay attention that the studio looks nice, they put the gears and weights back to their places. And the most important thing is, how they work as trainers with clients. They work very precise and have a deep understanding when it comes to training, the right movements and how clients need different exercises. Every thing I saw, was highly individual for specific clients. They make sure that the client is getting the best out of the training session. This is very rare these days.

  Besides the gym having outdated equipment and being poorly maintained, the cancellation process was a complete nightmare. I called to cancel my membership, yet they continued charging me for four additional months. When I contacted my bank to stop the payments, they sent my account to collections. When I called again to resolve the issue, I was told I needed to contact a different number and submit a written email explaining my reasons for canceling — something that was never clearly communicated beforehand. On top of that, I received multiple follow-up calls afterward, which only added to the frustration. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this gym — there are far better options out there.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this gym. I cancelled my membership after a payment issue where my bank initially authorized the charge and then declined it. Instead of working with me when I tried to fix the payment, they added a $23 late fee within just a few days and refused to waive it. No one made any effort to help or offer a solution — they simply directed me to close the account. On top of that, my membership rate was increased without any email or prior notification. That is completely unprofessional. The gym itself is very basic — no sauna, no pool, limited classes, and nothing special in terms of amenities. Yet they charge cancellation fees and make no effort to retain customers or provide decent customer service. For less than $42 a month, there are many other gyms that offer far more value and actually care about their members. I would not recommend this gym based on my experience.
