- JDJack DickinsonDec 12, 20251.0Gym is poorly run and maintained. Most of the time that I was a member there would be a bucket somewhere on the gym floor collecting water from the leaky ceiling. If you do try to cancel your membership, make sure you call the offshore third party to cancel 30 days prior even if a staff member "cancels" it for you person. They will send you to collections and this is obviously a big part of their business model.

Violet at the front was so nice and helped me get my guest pass in order. The gym was very cleaned and well put together! Will be coming back anytime I visit again !

Today i check in and they tell me my account is frozen because it could not charged my card. So I gave them another card to put on file, and they charged me a late fee. Even dough i was not late, they charged me and did not wanted to return the late fee. When later in the day, I explained to the manager, to try to reimburse the fee, she was disrespectful and unwealling to do so. Another employee, standing behind her, also was making fun of me... TOTAL DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE, NO IDEA OF WHAT CUATOMER SERVICE IS...
