It’s 6:00 am, the gym was supposed to open at 5:00, and nobody showed. AGAIN

Myself and a bunch of other members waited until 9:30 and left. Some members left before me and were very upset. Some called and were told someone was on the way. Went back at 12:00 at 3:00 and still not open. The bad comments about this place are pretty much true. I think the good ones are from family and friends of management or employees. It's always dirty, they let paper towels and cleaner run out on many occasions. Bathroom is filthy and many times no toilet paper and garbages are overflowing. This is not the first time. I usually go around 8:00-9:00 am and this has happened several times for me. There are rumors that the place is closing and bought by another company But that was months ago. Why don't they do a group text to members like they used to when no one shows on time? Very frustrating to all of us.
