I was comfortable with doing minimal exercises, and just enough to be functional. Pilates wakes up every nerve and every muscle. It brings back balance, strengthens your core and more. It's a challenge but it's definitely worth it, your body and mind will thank you. Take the 'Intro', you won't regret it and you can thank me later 🤗
