  Everyone has been super accommodating and making a stressful situation comfortable. Dr Chen listens and explains things very well. I pray I won't need to have any more treatments in the future but if I needed it or anyone I know I would say go here!!

  My husband is currently receiving cancer treatment at GenesisCare Plantation, and most of the clinical staff have been professional and compassionate. However, I observed repeated violations of patient privacy — including patient names, treatment, and financial details being discussed on speakerphone near the public waiting area with the office door open. When I respectfully raised this concern, one staff member, Susan Dean, confronted me in front of other patients and staff with aggression and disrespect, loudly accusing me of wrongdoing. Her behavior was not only unprofessional, but intimidating and humiliating. I am also seriously concerned about possible retaliation, as my husband remains under this facility’s care. Patient confidentiality and respectful communication are legal and ethical obligations. I urge GenesisCare to address this with appropriate corrective action.

  My treatments were all handled on a timely basis with helpful updates along the way from Dr Chen. Now recovering well. Thanks to all at Genesis Care🙏
