The majority of the staff are kind and attentive, but one employee was extremely rude to me a few weeks ago. He was so confrontational, condescending, and unkind that I did not end up finishing my workout. As a result I've found myself going to a different PF location that I have now switched to my "home club." I really enjoyed working out at this location because it is so nice, so I am saddened that this interaction sullied my experience. I've been back a few times since, but the worry of potentially having to interact with this employee again makes for a less than enjoyable experience.

ONCE YOU NOTICE IT AND BRING IT TO THEIR ATTENTION THEY BLOCK YOUR NUMBER TO THE STORE! HONESTLY PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER GYM ALL TOGETHER!!!
