I went to the location in broward mall one of the most nicest employees I’ve ever had an encounter with. Sandy was the only one who told me in great detail how the warranty works and explained everything to me when I came in the staff was also helpful and very knowledgeable. It was a quick and easy process I’m very happy with there store one of the ONLY LensCrafters I’ll go too.
