- AAAliJan 16, 20261.0I always ignored the awful attitude and rude condescending behavior of the office manager lady from day one because I felt that’s her problem not mine and Dr Morrison was good. Even paid higher monthly premiums to keep him as my pcp. But after several years as a patient, I was told at my last visit I’d have to pay a large fee for my first cancelled appointment (due to a condition the doctor knows and treats me for). They want 24 hour notice..I can’t predict my illness, I called as soon as I woke up dizzy, and it was the first time cancelling. Of course manager lady was rude banging windows and such when I explained my situation and that I’d find someone else if the doctor wasn’t going to see me that day.. so I did and it was the best decision what a difference! Extremely professional and polite staff, doctor who takes his time, and they take care of everything super fast. They also don’t punish sick patients with extra fees. Dr Morrisons office was empty 90% of the time so good luck.

- DADeosvany AvilaJun 27, 20171.0I have never been able to to see the Dr. Himself but just speaking to his staff over the phone I wouldn't want to .. they are rude they canceled my appt and my husband's for no reason when I ask for a email to send them the information they refused because they know they where wrong ... the person at the front desk not only has no customer service skis but is nasty rude and should be fired!
