I was seen after only a few minutes in the waiting room. Taken back by Kathy, who was pleasant and about her job. Dr. was professional and quick as well. Left within 45 min with a diagnosis and prescriptions. Clean and a great experience, thank you. You are appreciated! 😊

This urgent care is amazing! We took my 96 year young mom there because we were afraid she may have a UTI. The facility was beautiful and the staff was great but the security guard that was on duty the afternoon of 3/28/26 was wonderful! He met us at the door, brought us a wheelchair ( we helped mom out of the car and into the wheelchair for liability reasons) and he reassured mom that she was in good hands. You could tell he really cared about my mom and gave us info on where to park, where to get refreshments, and let us know that if we needed anything to please ask. Wonderful man! I really can't say enough positive things about this place. We were seen within 10 minutes and within an hour we were done. Easily a 5 star facility and if I could I would give an extra star for the security guard!

I had an excellent experience at this location. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, courteous, and professional from start to finish. My nurse, David, and my provider, Michael, were both knowledgeable, compassionate, and easy to talk to. They listened carefully to my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Their prompt and effective care helped me feel better sooner than I expected. I’m very grateful for their support and would highly recommend this team to anyone seeking quality care.
Excellent fast service. From the moment I checked in every.one was great, polite and informative. I felt very comfortable with the advice and diagnose I received. Your check out process is really hight tech w the one on one with your check out rep. He was very good as well. Highly recommend Baptist instacare. Thank you 😊

If you're a POC, BEWARE!!
I came in last friday with the intent of getting an IV because of fluid loss/dehydration due to the flu. I almost passed out because of it. This prompted me to look into going to an urgent care for an IV, as i felt just drinking water (which I was doing a lot of) wasn't enough to help replace what i had lost. i picked this specific urgent care because they accepted my insurance. my experience here was so crappy i don't even know where to begin. first of all, the guy at the front desk was annoying as all hell. he kept cutting me off as i tried to speak and he acted like a know-it-all prick and performed "exams" on me in the waiting room to see if i was really dehydrated, as if he was the doctor. i get the feeling he thought i was just walking in there for some drugs. then, the nurse was no different personality wise. she was kinda rude and again, wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise. and also implied i was just walking in there to get drugs. she started going on & on about how she cant just give me an IV, that I would have to be evaluated first, etc but I was already aware that i would’ve had to get evaluated first before getting an IV. i didn't like the implication that i was just walking in there to get shot up with an IV like im some sort of addict. Highkey felt discriminated. i told the guy at the front desk what my symptoms were and he said none of them pointed to me needing an IV. he did so much persuading, i didn’t even want to get checked anymore. i wanted to leave. but, after he noticed my hesitancy, he started to backtrack and encouraged me to check in, so i can get checked on in the back. i ended up checking in. a male nurse checked my vitals and took a swab of my nose, since the female nurse was helping another patient in the waiting room that walked in after me. the male nurse also kinda cut me off as i was trying to explain why i was there at some points but i was over being there, so i didnt even care anymore. several mins go by and the female nurse pops in and says to me "the reason you’re feeling so crummy, is because you arent drinking enough water". little did she know, water was literally the only thing i drink. even more so while i was sick. the real reason i felt "crummy" is because i was weak from the flu. she then gave me a bottle of water and said she wants to see all the water gone in 15 mins. i personally cant drink water that fast, so i felt uncomfortable of what the outcome would be if i didnt finish all the water by the time she comes back. i didnt come to urgent care to feel intimidated by a nurse. later on, the doctor comes in, and she was okay i guess. seems she was having trouble figuring out why i was there. i told her one of the symptoms i was having was me sweating overnight due to my fever breaking (the main reason i wanted that IV. i was constantly losing fluids through my consistent night sweats). my discharge papers talked about hyperhidrosis 💀 i don't sweat excessively on a regular basis like that. even while i was getting checked, i was dry lol so the diagnosis was wrong. i guess for some reason, they just didnt believe that i had the flu and a fever causing the sweating overnight. The only thing they got right on those discharge papers was my post-nasal drip (which the doctor did prescribe some meds for). So all in all, i never ended up getting an IV, nor was i thoroughly examined for dehydration. the only person that was chill, was the nurse that handed me my discharge papers, tbh. My experience was so uncomfortable, i walked so fast out of there to avoid talking to the staff that "took care" of me. that's sad. i shouldn't have to feel that way as im leaving an urgent care. if you're a POC or especially a woman whose a POC, do not go here. they wont listen to you and your needs. i've never seen a staff so unprofessional. this was my first and last time coming here.
