  Waiting 4 hours before my hand surgery was unacceptable.I was told that my surgery between 10:30-11 am and. I was taken to the OR At 1:00 pm Sitting in a hospital stretcher with rails up and connected to a monitor, blood pressure, IV drip and oximeter for 4 hours definitely unacceptable and someone should address this problem. The nurses were great especially zeny.

  I had eye surgery today at the Baptist Health Surgical Center in Plantation.The check in process was prompt & smooth. I only waited s short time before I was taken back to be prepared for the surgery. The nursing staff was terrific & provided a calming atmosphere. This is a great facility to have a procedure.

  The nurses and surgical staff were very friendly and professional. The procedure was quick and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr . Thottam was very informative and has a great bedside manner.

  Everything was very professional and efficient. The people were very polite and friendly. They came across as very competent. The areas I was in were very clean and well organized. I would go there again as needed. The only thing to work on is the online pre-registration. I could not get past uploading my insurance card images, despite several attempts. The person who helped me register on arrival said that several other patients reported the same issue.

  I have to thank Dr. Moya and his excellent team for making me feel comfortable, safe, protected before, during and after my surgery. I want to thank his clinical staff for keeping me well informed. I would also like to thank all the nurses on the floor you came to check up and lead a hand. The anesthesiologist came before the surgery to introduce himself to go over all the medication that would be used during the surgery. The overall process was great. When the procedure was complete the nurses helped me during the discharge process. Thanks again and God Bless to all the members of Dr. Moya’s team.
