  Office is empty and have to wait for 1.5hrs. After I tell them I am leaving in exactly 2 minutes they see me in. Furthermore They scheduled an mri, as I was in a lot of pain I elected to pay for a rushed mri out of pocket as the Insurance lead time was 2 weeks. The day after the mri I call the office and put on hold for 1hour. No result. The next 4 days is constant calls to have a virtual appointment to go over MRI, no appointment, no confirmation of mri result receipt just total uselessness all around from the entire staff. Looking at all the previous bad reviews I feel bad I even went there

  I waited over 1 month for an appointment. The day finally comes & I show up early to be told the doctor was running 45 minutes to 1 hour behind schedule. There was a gentleman in the lobby that had already been waiting for 2 hours and was told there were still 3 patients ahead of him! Unfortunately I'm not able to take this time out of my work schedule. I declined to reschedule & will now be finding another doctor. Very, very disappointed. Patients are expected to arrive on time & you should see your patients in a timely manner. Stop with the greed & overbooking of appointments.

  I had a spinal injection done with Dr. Thottam and I was very nervous. Lorraine, Emily, Juan, Daniella and Carol were amazing!!! Special shout out to Emily for keeping me talking and distracted during the procedure, making it much more comfortable for me! Amazing care from amazing people. They even took blankets out to my parents in the waiting room when they got cold! ❤️
