  I started doing MMA in 2002. Fought my first pro fight in 2003. I've been to many gym in my time. A couple of them World class. I can honestly say I've never seen so many trainers and people training, with amazing technique. I think that is a benefit of having the UFC GYM name. You can't have someone here teaching classes after only a couple years of training like most gyms. These trainers are seasoned. And their proof is in the students technique. And if you think you're going to lose that family orientated atmosphere, I assure you, you won't! I walk in and I feel like Norm walking into Cheers. I had to go online and start memorizing everyone's name because they all greet you and are very helpful even if you aren't doing a 1 on 1. The UFC GYM is the total package for me, and I guarantee it will be for you, whatever size your goals are.

  Dishonest hassle. I was sent texts and emails offering free trail and special rates. When I tried to send my hubby in for the promotion they didn’t honor it. I then called for clarification, they didn’t give me what was in the original promo but we came to an agreement. I went in as planned to sign up; again they rescinded on the agreed pricing. Waste of our time, disappointed and dishonest. Not the best business ethics.

  It's a great place to get in shape or stay in shape. I lost 90 lbs at the UFC gym. It's not just for fighters. The staff is great. Ask for big Tony!

  I recently signed up with UFC Pinellas Park and was offered 1 free personally training session. I have been working out consistently for about 15 years and thought I would never sign up for personal training. That being said, it was free, so why not... Long story short, I was paired up with Kos and after my free session I purchased 12 more! Working out had become a chore, just something I knew I needed to do. Kos has not only made me look forward to coming into the gym again, he pushes me in a way that builds my confidence, helps my form, and I quickly saw gains were I had previously struggled to get over the plateau! I can not recommend Kos enough for his genuine enthusiasm to help others succeed in what ever their goals are and his ability to make working out fun is something I never would have expected!

  Gym is nice and good price but So far false promises. This place has great potential and I enjoy the vibe But I the sauna in the Locker room is very weak. I was sold on the Cold plunge and steam sauna that’s why I joined. Really hoping owner or manager sees this and understand we really would like to see the outdoor steam sauna in January along with cold plunges If possible could fix the sauna in locker rooms room to reach full potential Can’t get past 150 but settings say 175 Not really that hot for someone who goes to saunas regularly. Anyways cool gym great staff Looking to come back and change my review once equipment is updated I’m not the only one disappointed About the recovery equipment
