  Confidence smile really took care of me and all Of my dental problems that I had they really gave me a confident to smile again and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Very highly recommended.

  Had this office for one year. At first they would only do a deep cleaning. Not very comfortable but, I did it. Ouch! Had a crown done which went great. The dentist was very good. Office manager is terrible! After switching Insurance this office said they took my new Insurance so I made an appointment. Got there, then they for some reason couldn’t get through to insurance company so I had to leave. The office Manger (who I’ll not name) said he call them and get back to me. I waited a week no response, I called back, left a message with receptionist, still no response. So I’ve moved on. Very unprofessional

  I truly wanted to love this practice. Initially, the office is beautifully decorated, very clean, and on our first couple of visits the dentist herself was warm and kind. I genuinely thought we had found our forever dentist. Unfortunately, as time went on, the experience went downhill due to repeated scheduling and professionalism issues. On multiple occasions, appointments were canceled or moved upon arrival or after long waits. At one visit, my daughter was seen first and I waited nearly three hours before finally being taken back for my cleaning—only to be told afterward that I would still need to wait longer for the dentist to do an exam because she was busy. I had to leave for work. That cleaning was performed by a male hygienist and was extremely rough and painful—honestly the worst dental cleaning I’ve ever experienced. It felt unnecessarily aggressive and left me very uncomfortable. At our next appointment, my daughter and I specifically requested not to see that hygienist. Instead of accommodating this, our appointment was canceled and rescheduled because he is their only hygienist and the dentist was “too busy.” When we finally returned, the dentist seemed visibly annoyed and questioned why she was doing the cleaning herself. Most recently, my daughter was scheduled for fillings, only for the appointment to be canceled again—this time because they did not have her FSA card on file. I called back within three minutes of receiving the cancellation text and was told the next available appointment wouldn’t be until the 19th. At this point, the repeated cancellations, long waits, poor communication, and overall lack of professionalism have made it impossible to continue care here. Consistency and respect for patients’ time matter, especially when it comes to children’s dental care. Sadly, we will not be returning.
