I had to have a single tooth extraction unfortunately....I went in there really nervous about the procedure but Dr. Nguyen did a amazing job. The procedure was over in less than 2 mins. Her staff there are very nice as well and helpful. The dental area was very clean and comfortable. She explained everything in detail and had me out the door super fast. I will be going back for all my dental needs. Thank you guys so much.

I saw there were bad reviews about a male hygienist being rough during cleanings, so when I got there for my first appointment I asked the office manager, Tristan, about it. He assured me that the male hygienist did just “very thorough cleanings” and wasn’t rough. I did notice he was rough during my cleaning but chalked it up to the “thoroughness” Tristan had described. I should’ve known better, as I’ve had plenty of cleanings in my life and knew he really didn’t need to be that rough. However, when I got into my car after my cleaning I felt burning above one of my teeth and it turned into a full-blown abscess within 2 days. Now I have 1-2mm of my gums missing where the abscess had formed, which you can see in the pictures. Dr. Nguyen didn’t touch anywhere near that part of my mouth when I was there, so I know it was due to the cleaning. When I called and told Tristan what had happened, he had me send my photos to the office line and he said he would call me back once he talked with Dr. Nguyen. It’s been 4 days now and no call back. I had an appointment to get a scan for the 3M aligners which are thousands of dollars out of pocket. Apparently they just don’t care! If you want permanent gum damage, make an appointment here.
