  I was a patient of here for four years, and had a dentist here who moved practices. She was really great, and was the reason I would come back despite the office staff being grossly incompetent. I came in for a routine cleaning, and since I changed insurers the office wasn’t able to process any of my claims appropriately. I was told it would be $200 for the service and that since it was a cleaning it would be covered by insurance and that they’d submit again to insurance and then reimburse me. They submitted to insurance, so they claim, and I would watch my dental insurance portal for two weeks and never saw a claim. I called and asked if it was submitted and they said it was and that they were waiting for the benefits to come through. I waited an additional two weeks and there was no claim listed on my insurance portal. I called again and they resubmitted. I did this for three months, and the entirely incompetent and untrustworthy office manager/receptionist/sales person would stop returning my calls or even answering the phone. I would have to drive to the facility just to speak with him. I finally submitted the claim myself and they even wrote the date of service wrong on the claim form. I was told insurance would pay for it all, and it’s the same exact service I had received for four years which was always covered. Insurance covered $9 which was paid to Confident Smile. I never received a refund from Confident Smile. Be wary of this practice. It looks glitzy when you walk in, but it’s hidden behind very sleazy employees. Confident Smile will probably reply to this asking me to call, but if they truly value this review or me as a patient they would have not treated me so poorly despite giving them thousands in dental services. Just go somewhere else and avoid this place

  Never went to appointment so I don't have anything to say or to compliment on or to complain on don't even know why I'm even getting asked for review might be a sign not to go seems like a dishonest place or something got to be wrong I'm just so confused at the point of why I'm getting asked to give a review crazy right I put three stars because I'm confused just saying not giving a bad review not giving a good one just don't understand why they sending me this and I never went don't even think I made an appointment bad publicity thought

  Dr. Nguyen, thank you so much for the professional work and care. Super clean office, all the staff are warm and friendly. Honestly I’d leave 10 stars if I could. I’m a bit upset that I can’t recall the gentleman’s name that did my deep cleaning, but he knocked it out of the park. My teeth feel great, look great, and for the first time in over a year I can drink water without my teeth stinging me. Y’all are the best keep it up 👍🏼

  Was hard to find tucked away in small strip without much parking. When you first walk in, it's like walking into a palace. Marble everywhere, chandeliers here & there. Absolutely beautiful. After xrays i was told I had gum disease, cavities under the gum line, needed deep cleaning etc etc. They wanted to use up my whole 3 grand in insurance benefits plus another grand out of pocket. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and I was glad I did. 2nd opinion said no gum disease, no cavities and no deep cleaning needed.. Now I know how they can afford that beautiful interior. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

  During the visit, Dr. Nguyen asked my husband if his dental condition was due to drug use. This felt inappropriate and judgmental, especially since there are many legitimate medical and genetic reasons for dental issues. Questions like these are also addressed in standard medical history paperwork. We understand the importance of medical history questions, but they should be asked in a respectful and neutral way. I hope the office can address this to ensure patients feel comfortable and not judged during their care. I would be ashamed to make someone feel this way, and so should the provider.
