I always choose this urgent care office as they are always so kind and understanding. They actually listen to what is wrong with me instead of dismissing it and I am always treated with respect. I just visited yesterday and already feel better!! I also only had to wait ten minutes before being seen. I would highly recommend!!

This is my 2nd time going there and it wouldn’t have been a 2nd time if the staff and doctor weren’t phenomenal! Wait wasn’t too bad and I was in and out in under an hour.

I had a very frustrating and upsetting experience with AFC Urgent Care Pinellas Park.
I completed all of my paperwork ahead of time, uploaded my ID and insurance, and even confirmed my appointment twice. After driving 45 minutes to the location, I was turned away at the door because they said they don’t accept my insurance—the same insurance I had already submitted through their system.
What makes this even more unacceptable is that my son is six years old, autistic, and we were there because he has a broken ankle. Putting him through that drive, the transition into a new environment, and then being turned away without care was incredibly stressful and unnecessary.
I don’t understand how a patient can do everything right on their end, only for the clinic to wait until arrival to verify eligibility. That is a major failure in their process and shows a lack of consideration for patients—especially children and those with special needs.
Patients deserve accurate information before they make the trip, not after they’ve already arrived. This experience was disappointing, stressful, and could have been completely avoided with better communication and basic verification procedures.

I took my wife to AFC Urgent Care for a blood test and it was one of the worst medical experiences we have had. We waited about two hours and were not seen until after closing time. When they finally tried to draw her blood, the nurse could not get blood to come out but instead of stopping, she kept pushing the needle deeper into my wife’s arm trying to get blood. My wife was in so much pain that she started crying.
The situation didn’t end there. My wife had arm pain for days afterward, so we tried contacting the clinic to speak with a manager. It took us five days to finally talk to one. When we did, the manager showed no empathy and seemed to take our complaint very lightly. She was not helpful at all and did not seem to care about what happened.
Between the long wait, the painful blood draw, and the lack of concern from management, this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this AFC Urgent Care location to anyone.

First of all this place has the best , most accommodating, professional, kindest staff ever! I have not received customer service like this in a long time. I’ve been here about 3x since living in the area and they have the same customer service each time I can honestly say they are great! They are fast, efficient and make you feel like they want you to be there. I also accidentally gave them the wrong fax number for my documents and they immediately got back to me on Monday to fix MY issue I did not have to call them thousands of time or figure out a time I could go by . The only two names I can vividly remember was physician D Russell and the center manager Monica Allen but everyone else was just as great thank you guys!
