  Dr. Yusleidy Gil is the best primary doctor I’ve had ever and I’m 72yrs old. She’s punctual and takes time in going over your records throughly making recommendations on recent blood tests as well as other comments n CPap usage, current meds, nutrition & more . I find that all my visits have most beneficial to my health in the last 2-3 years that I switched primary care doctors. Grateful 🙏💕& blessed. NSZick

  Absolutely unacceptable experience with Olidaysi Diaz, APRN, and this office. I arrived for my confirmed appointment while running a fever and experiencing flu symptoms. I checked in and sat in the waiting room feeling miserable, only to be left there for an entire hour with zero communication from staff. After waiting that long, I was finally told that the provider, had left due to a family emergency. While emergencies happen, the complete lack of communication is inexcusable. No one informed patients that the provider had left. No announcement was made. No courtesy was shown. Patients were simply left sitting there, sick and waiting, with no idea what was going on. I wasted time driving there while ill, sat there feeling worse by the minute, and ended up leaving feeling even more sick and frustrated. This showed a complete lack of respect for patients’ time, health, and basic decency. If a provider leaves unexpectedly, the bare minimum is to notify patients immediately, not leave them waiting for an hour like their time and well-being don’t matter. I will not be returning to this office and would not recommend it to anyone expecting basic communication or professionalism.

  Appointment with a doctor, arrived early and was seen right away. In&out in 30 minutes.

  Rushed for no reason. 11am appointment turns into a wait time of an hour. Receptionist states this is the average wait time... Theres barely anyone here?
