  I am a new patient under Dr. Estrada and it tool her a month to order my medical supply. Upon receiving the medical supply, the device did not match with my new medical supply. I have called Dr. Estrada each day up until now for a week, five times and I have made my request urgent to send me the new kit for the new medical supply. The order is ready and on standby, all she has to do is to make one simple call to approve the device. How hard can that be? This is frustrating, no one is calling me or getting the matter done!

  We started seeing Dr. De Santis when our Endocrinologist retired. Dr. De Santis took my husband off his medication that originally worked just to try different things. My husband jumped through hoops, even undergoing surgery. Nothing helped. He up and leaves and is replaced by Dr. Valdes who wants to start from scratch and ignore everything that has been done to improve my husbands condition. Prescribes medication that isn't covered by any health insurance and is expensive. Instead of ordering something else, requests you do a 3rd follow-up visit that will take weeks to book. In the meantime the quality of life of the patient is affected and no care in the world for the patient. Also, virtual visits are a lower copayment through our insurance and they have been billing full copays and pocketing the money. The customer service is horrible. No one returns your calls and ignore your pleas for help. After several calls and finally getting a negative message from Dr. Valdes, we have no choice but to look for a doctor with experience and his/her own practice. This place recycles doctors like a fast food joint does employees. Not only is my husband left without treatment but I too have to find a new endocrinologist. They have lost 2 patients and gained a bad reputation. Be forewarned, choose carefully.
