  Was advised to have pre registration completed 30 minutes prior to telehealth appointment. I received a link for a different appointment time. Either way I did everything earlier and appointment was cancelled because someone called from the office one hour prior to my updated appointment time. Wasted an hour in zoom for nothing.

  Dr. Grana canceled my husband's appointment 3x. No one called for Echo results. Switched to Dr. Chapulín did not get a chance to see him. We will be looking for another group that cares for the patients. Pinecrest staff does not have the best customer service, and the supervisor, Perez well not helpful. Brushed off the problem.
