  The lady that took my blood was Torrie (or Tory). She was so nice and I didn't even feel the needle.

  Fast, clean, and efficient! Making an appointment online and the self check-in makes the experience so much better and faster. My appointment was at 10:30, got called in at 10:27 after checking in, and was out by 10:40. Staff was kind, warm, and friendly!

  I did not go to Quest for an appointment at this date or at this location. Someone is using my name and information claiming that a lab order was submitted, fulfilled, and test results were provided with my insurance and private information. The order came from a physician in Florida when I live in California. This is not the first time it has happened either. The labs and results provided were for someone who is of the baby boomer generation and I am Gen Z. SERIOUS negligence and insurance fraud being continually committed by quest, and associated companies (i.e. insurance, pharmacy, etc) as this has happened a few different times to me with few different companies because they’re all connected through my insurance and information.
