  Lamentable welcome. No secretary no instructions at the entry about what to do concerning drop off. Tried to ask one of the techniciens as he came out just to make sure I hadn’t made a mistake. Most bitchy condescending attitude I’ve seen in a while. What a poor pathetic soul; doesn’t say a lot for a company that hires that type of person. The patient is left to figure everything out and if you need assistance you’re only met with an employee on a power trip.

  I made an appointment online for some blood work, which I highly recommend. Check-in at the kiosk was quick and easy. I was greeted by Leslie at exactly my appointment time. She was very friendly and very good at her job, a true professional. Overall, I am very satisfied with my visit.

  Check-in was good, the wait was less than 5 minutes. The cleanliness for a medical facility leaves much to be desired. Any first year nursing student knows to change gloves in front of the patient. Not only to demonstrate conscious infection control but also for peace of mind of each individual!

  Not thrilled at your policy to take 2-2.5 TIMES the amount of blood actually needed to complete my labs. I knew IMMEDIATELY (I am a nurse), that the technician drew WAY too much. I would PREFER to get CALLED back if additional blood is needed.
