  I was extremely impressed by this clinic. I registered online for my child, arrived 15 mins later, checked in easily with a QR code, and was in and out in less than 45 mins. I’m sure they experience busier times, but our visit was very efficient and the two staff members we interacted with were very kind and good with kids. The facility was clean and well kept. I will return to this clinic for any urgent care needs.

  Do not recommend. The Receptionist/Tech is totally rude and programmed as a robot. It’s very dull and dreary atmosphere with no human connection. As the only patient, its almost as if your rushed through the process as if the place was packed up. A shame because it’s very close to my house and I was excited that it opened, they were most likely trained for a high paced environment with there generic/robotic procedures. Calling my name out, knowing I’m the only patient here. You can leave your things here(referring to my cup of coffee) I’m standing there confused after I get my discharge papers wondering if maybe there’s more input. Tech: “The door is right there” like ok Wow Maybe I’m overthinking this but I didn’t feel welcomed or treated with any “Hospitality” If you need an antibiotic or prescription sure come and get it. Besides that don’t expect much

  By far the best urgent care experience that I have had in Pensacola. Everything is new and high tech. The staff was amazing too!

  I took advantage of the pre registration and was in the waiting area less than 2 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! They gave me all the tests they felt were necessary but asked if I was in agreement with them. I will use this urgent care exclusively when I need immediate care! I highly recommend them!!

  This was my first time to visit since opening. It was extremely nice not have to go to the other side of town. The staff were great and Nurse Practitioner Abby was great and friendly. She listened and answered my questions to he best of her knowledge. It was a great experience. Will return when needed.
