  I wholeheartedly wish that I could give employees here negative stars. The store manager at this location has been extremely nasty and rude to several of my coworkers. Nothing but attitude as if she absolutely hates her job. How is it anyone else’s problem that you’re being underpaid and can’t find another job? The customer service in this store is also non-existent. They also have a made-up policy that they can’t sell anyone anything unless they give them a phone number. I say made-up because we’ve talked to corporate and they confirmed that this is not a policy of theirs. When this was mentioned to the store manager, she still refused to sell us anything. I would love to get in touch with the district and/or regional managers to get to the bottom of this. Denying a $6 purchase over a phone number is a horrendous and counterproductive practice. All of my years in retail, I have never heard of anything as ridiculous as this. And I absolutely will be calling corporate again.

  The guy would not allow me to purchase anything without my cell phone number or email address. Someone else reported the same thing a month ago on here, and all she got was an AI response.

  My first visit to GNC in probably 30 years. WOULDN'T SELL ME apple cider vinegar pills unless I gave her my phone number or my email address. That is a FIRST for me anywhere. I walked away, and she was looking at me like I was NUTS You can't make this stuff up No wonder GNC is almost out of business
