    I took my mom to Miracle-Ear in Pensacola, highly recommended by a friend, to explore hearing aid options. I rarely give perfect scores, but these people are excellent, professional, and knowledgeable – a 10 out of 10. Betsy Aldrich clearly explained the hearing test process and results. I appreciated her attentive listening; everything we said mattered. She spent nearly an hour with us and concluded my mom didn't need a hearing aid. I expected a sales pitch, but instead of leaving with a bill, we left with a much greater understanding. Thank you! We'll be back when the time is right for a hearing aid. ...oh, and the hearting test was free.

    Shannon and Betsy are great. There super sweet and they make sure all questions are answered and when you walk in the door your not a stranger. They remember pass conversations. You call needing a appointment and Shannon gets you the earliest appointment she can that works with your schedule . And Betsy makes sure your questions are answered and that your hearing aids are working before you leave and makes sure you know how they work.

    Took a trip to Florida from the North East Hearing aid went out during trip Called this store for an appointment and they were nice enough to squeeze me in They were able to repair it in about 20 minutes Great service
