  This was my first time to visit since opening. It was extremely nice not have to go to the other side of town. The staff were great and Nurse Practitioner Abby was great and friendly. She listened and answered my questions to he best of her knowledge. It was a great experience. Will return when needed.

  I called today to ask for an opinion in regards to my 18 month old daughter because she has a high fever and runny nose and before I could even finish explaining I was cut off mid sentence by Tanya and was told to “hold on”. I didn’t even get to finish speaking before she said “we don’t give advice here”. I was told by another rep that I was being transferred to a nurse line and ended up getting to her. Also, about a week ago I went to this location for some health concerns and was just seeking help, she did absolutely nothing. I believe this is the same lady Tanya I saw as well and she said we are not an ER. There’s nothing we can do for you. This employee does not seem to have any care for the wellbeing of others, I expect more from someone working in the healthcare industry. Will not be returning.

  Absolutely nobody answers the phone after the staff incorrectly sent my sons antibiotics to the wrong pharmacy that was out of network. Horrible service!!!!!!! They were more concerned about getting us out the door so they could go home on time while my son needed stitches for a cut on his leg. The nurse and doctor treated us like an inconvenience. Do t waste your time here.

  absolutely horrible. they do not know how to take a childs temp the correct way for age and using incorrect pulse oximeter for a baby (never even got the reads) tried two different ones and i had to say it was not the correct size. then guessed on height saying verbatim (about blank inches)

  We walked in and entered our information into the easy to use kiosk. The Doctor/nurse practitioners came out immediately and we're beyond reproach with our needs. We left with the results needed. Prescriptions were called in at CVS. Keep in mind, this urgent care does not have any availability for opioid pain management. They do have injections of ibuprofen pain. We will be returning to this location. Located 2 miles north of the main base gate, heading north on Blue Angel Blvd. Then turn right/east on Sorrento and they are almost immediately on the right. Across from Aldi grocery store. Mike
