- TJTina JonesOct 14, 20251.0This company coordinator changed my husband’s appointment as they needed and we can’t skip appointment because they wanted to charge VA no matter what. Worker was using their phone texting, watching video clips or calling for other job all the times. No respect and left the job, sit in the car for hour and half and left without notification. When I called the manager and got a very very rude manager also. Don’t let them fool you because they don’t care about you! Not recommend the company at all.

They provide **no medical/clinical assistance of any kind** regardless of what they tell you(HHA, CNA etc). There is no justification for their lack of continuity, dependability, or lack of sequence , or cohesion. I am sorry for their inefficiency and very poor quality of care and unprofessional coordination of care.
