I was taken right in. Seen by the tech. Which I think was very thorough and knowledgeable. And a big personality and friendly. Dr Jones was very friendly and explained what the exam revealed.
I went away with understanding what I needed to do with my care and what my eyes are going to be needing in the future.
Everyone in the office were very helpful and friendly

My spouse had an appointment for an eye evaluation. She saw Dr. Tarantula. If you can, avoid this place like the plague. The wait time is horrible, 2 hours. The first tech we saw was extremely abrasive and rude. Dr. Tarantula is probably the rudest most condescending doctor I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. He acted mad that we had the nerve to be there. He had no empathy, sympathy or common curtoutisy, at all, period. I do not know who put him in this position but they need to correct their mistake. He has NO business being a healthcare provider. To all those whom have experienced his self righteous rude and uncaring behavior, I am sorry.

I was so impressed soon as I walked in the door! I had to stand there and just look around. I was so amazed I felt like I was in a mall. Service was fantastic. I never sat for more than three minutes in the waiting room once I got lead to the place I needed to be. Everyone was fantastic there. This is the best eye place I have ever been in my life and I’m 67 years old, you will not be disappointed. It was absolutely five star or more!!!

Excellent service, Anna and Amanda are friendly and professional and they like what they are doing. Dr Richardson is what you want your optometrist to be, professional and friendly also. The check in and check out crews were the same...

The front desk is extremely rude, slow, and patronizing. I asked to move a child’s eye exam and the next apt for SELF PAY with ANY provider is 3.5 months away. I have yet to have a positive experience with the front office. The eye Doctors are great. We have been patients for 10 + years.
