  Very nice staff, from the moment we walk into the office the greetings from Isabelle, Moriah and Melanie. Awesome customer service. We are treated like family.

  It all began with the wrong pronunciation of a name that lead to a two hour wait inside the exam room 1. My wife's name was called incorrectly. So, someone cancelled the entire appointment (like we left the office). 10 minutes later...... they called the correct name. This is where the lack of communication began that sprung into rudeness and unprofessionalism. The appointment was at 11am/May 1st/ @ 12:50 we still was not seen. When asked, they said we are working on it. Finally the medical PA arrived. Out of frustration from seating in the exam room for so long. Attitudes erupted and the PA made a comment that shocked me. You are not the only one with cancer, you can leave and go to somewhere else. Yes she did. Then said she will get the office manager. We did leave peacefully. Office manager was understanding and walked us out. ⭐⭐
