  I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics in Pembroke Pines (17900 location). Michelle L. was incredibly kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond to help me. She was very knowledgeable and assisted me with my insurance questions in such a clear and patient way. What I appreciated the most is that she has a wonderful touch when drawing blood — very gentle and efficient, which made the whole process so much more comfortable. Michelle is not only highly professional, but also genuinely caring and willing to help. I am very grateful for her assistance. Thank you, Michelle!

  From entry to exit I was impressed with the Silver Lakes location visited on 04/02/2026. I was immediately greeted by Brinnelli and the technician Michelle who assisted me with my sample drop off answered questions that I was curious about for my specific test being processed and she was amazing and patient. Quest is never that quick at that time of day which was mid morning. Brinnelli was awesome with getting me a quicker appointment as I was there on a quick 15 mins break from work. From start to finish took all of 10 mins as I was only dropping off a specimen. As a healthcare worker and patient who visits labs frequently this location did its thing when I needed it the most call me lucky but no waiting at all. The 10 minutes was me trying to check myself in lol. From the time I checked in to finish I was there all of 5 minutes. I usually go to another location at 630 in the morning and would be there at least 30 mins so when I say appreciate this location for its location(in the cut/hidden gem)

  Michelle, the phlebotomist at Quest, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable right away. The blood draw was quick and easy—she did it perfectly on the first try, with no issues at all. It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had getting blood work done. Highly recommend!

  This is my favorite location to go to Quest! It’s always very clean, and I never have to wait long to be seen as long as I have an appointment. I check in via my phone, and the staff is very friendly and professional. My results are typically ready overnight.
