  They told me to come back on Saturday anytime before 4pm but they closed. Came back to drop samples off but there cheap very small containers had broke? Also they took my paperwork the first time then coming back they asked me for the paperwork they took? They scanned it the first time but dont have a copy of it? They left me no instructions on the home sample kit and whoever made those is a idiot and why use the cheapest smallest containers possible? I gave up going to lab Corp smh

  The phlebotomist was absolutely wonderful. Didn't ;t even feel a thing! Appt time and call in was spot on.

  I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit for blood work. The staff member I interacted with, Tawanda Hawkins, had a poor attitude and came across as rude and unfriendly. There was a lack of basic courtesy and professionalism, which made an already uncomfortable process even more unpleasant. Customer service is just as important as the medical service itself, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet that standard. I hope management addresses this, as patients deserve to be treated with respect and kindness.
