The representative advised him that the glasses would arrive within a few days, which they did, but the prescription was completely wrong. We were told we would receive the corrected glasses with the right lenses within 7 business days. Now it is January 14th, and the store continues to give me the runaround, telling me that a manager will follow up because they are very “busy.” However, no one ever returns our calls. This has become a nuisance, as he cannot properly see since he does not have his glasses with the correct lenses. I would recommend to STAY AWAY from this store, as they are very disorganized and cannot provide helpful information on when my husband’s glasses will be ready.

After multiple failed attempts to get my prescription glasses done correctly, I was given a pair with loose lenses and one cracked lens. The manager Juan was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility for a defective product or properly resolve the issue. During earlier attempts, Raiza handled my order, and those experiences were also rude, poorly and unprofessionally managed. It is unacceptable for a company like LensCrafters to deliver defective products and then refuse to take accountability. Thankfully, another location stepped in and is now handling the situation properly. Avoid this location.
