  I am so disappointed with this gym ( unprofessional service) Last night I tried to take a Pilate class out of blue they removed the class from the app. But the instructor was there doing the class. This gym never work for the members. The dumbbell doesn’t have any label that you as members work with them. And I hope the gym continues giving us good classes such as Pilates, bodypump(Wednesday) with à excelentes

  We always look forward to walking into the gym because she greets my boyfriend and I with the warmest smile. Smiley is genuinely one of the sweetest people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrive, she makes the experience feel welcoming and positive. She’s attentive, helpful, and always goes out of her way to make sure everyone feels taken care of. Honestly, she’s the best and worth visiting this gym location!

  Extremely frustrating experience. I had a yearly membership that I specifically requested to be canceled before the annual charge, and I was clearly told that I would not be charged for the upcoming renewal. Based on that conversation, I believed everything had been handled. However, the annual membership charge still went through. After contacting the company again, the billing department acknowledged the mistake and told me that a refund would be issued. Unfortunately, that refund never came through, which forced me to dispute the transaction with my bank since the charge should not have happened in the first place. Now, to make matters even more confusing and frustrating, I’ve received a letter from Aldous & Associates, Attorneys at Law regarding this situation. The only reason I can assume this happened is because of the bank dispute which only occurred because the promised refund was never processed. Customers should not be told they won’t be charged, then get charged anyway, be told a refund is coming, never receive it, and then end up getting a letter from a law firm. This situation shows a serious lack of coordination between the company and its billing department. I hope they resolve this quickly because no customer should have to deal with something like this.

  My husband and I have been coming to this location for a few years and it has been a pleasure to encounter a smiling face on entering the facility. After a few visits, we inquired of her name and was surprised when she said 'Smiley'. At first we thought it was a nickname but she clarified that it is her proper name. I recall commenting to my husband that it was such a fitting name for her. My observation is that Smiley not only greets everyone alike with that warm and welcoming personality, she also offers parting pleasantries for a good day as patrons leave. Smiley's customer service and interactions with patrons is to be admired.

  Youfit Pines has been an important part of my growth journey, and I truly cannot say enough about Coach Alicya. She is professional, punctual, and incredibly reliable--she never fails to send a confirmation text the night before every session and always shows up prepared and focused. But what truly sets her apart is the energy she brings. She is genuinely invested in her clientsʻ progress. She pushes me when I need it, celebrates my wins, and makes me feel strong and confident in my own skin. I have never been this physically fit in my life and I owe so much of that to her guidance and belief in me. Her group fitness/HIIT classes are motivated, organized, and uplifting. She creates an environment where you feel supported, not judged. I also appreciate her strong social media presence. Her online presence reflects exactly who she is in person--consistent, positive, knowledgeable and committed. I also want to acknowledge Smiley at the front desk who is always there greeting everyone who walks through the door with warmth and hospitality. Youfit and any fitness client is lucky to have a trainer like Alicya. She doesnʻt just train bodies, she builds confidence, resilience, and beauty.
