- SDsamantha delancy6 days ago5.0Went here in November 2025 as a last resort to dead my hip pain (mainly) and planters facitis issue! And let me tell you they did not disappoint! Had seen the commercial a million times and thought it was a scam but the commercial had been running for so long I thought maybe not and gave them a try! Went on line made an appointment, day of the appointment I took my own sneakers. Got to my appointment was greeted with a warm hello and an apology because all the consultants were busy! After a 10-15 wait Ed Ramirez and he was awesome, a great listener and very knowledgeable about my issue and product! He didn’t make me feel like he was just selling me something for commission, he listen to my concerns and addressed all my concerns and questions with confidence! It took me over a month to do this review because I didn’t want to mislead anyone and really wanted to make sure this product worked for me! I’ve been consistent and followed the schedule that I was given. I must say almost 2 months later I am good! My hip pain has subsided about 75% it’s still sore because it’s been hurting for over a year but getting up from a sitting position has definitely improved since I’ve been wearing the inserts. The price was a little steep but worth it!! Thanks Ed Ramirez, keep up the good work! Happy Camper! 🥰
