I went to the store because many of my friends insisted I should go. I spent $1,765.00 dollars just to get home use the product and start getting blisters. I went back to return them explaining I had no complaints about the product but for whatever reason the product was not the solution to my beaten feet. I explain throughly to the gentleman Paul a manager wouldn’t listen to my explanations. I left everything and walked away. I don’t recommend them and definitely customers are not the priority.

I visited the Good Feet Store in Pembroke Pines and had an excellent experience. Paul, the manager, was very attentive. This isn’t just a one-time sale but a lifelong service. My feet and knees feel much better now. The insoles fit my feet perfectly. If you want to improve your posture and eliminate tired feet, I highly recommend The Good Feet Store.

We visit the Pembroke Pines location just to browse but walk out with the essential system for my grandma that is suffering from feet and back pain , Evelyng was so fantastic and patient with her amazing custumer service and my grandma left saying she felt like she was walking on a cloud and is very happy with this investment, I highly recommend anyone who has issues with pain to give them a visit and ask for Evelyng she is the best 👌 👟🩷
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How do Good Feet Arch Supports differ from regular insoles or inserts available online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide firm, yet flexible support that helps correct poor foot biomechanics, offering long-term pain relief solutions.
Can arch supports help if I buy good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes, often foot pain stems from the foot's condition rather than the shoes. Stabilizing the foot with proper arch supports can minimize or alleviate pain and discomfort from common foot problems.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home on the same day of purchase?
Yes. For ages 6 and up, once fitted, you can take your new arch supports home that day as stocks are fully available at the local store.
