Every time I saw the Good Feet Store commercial on television, I said I have to give them a try and see if they can help me with my aches. When I entered the store in Pembroke Pines, I was immediately greeted by Juan H, he was very professional and courteous. I made an appointment and returned later in the day. Upon returning, Juan went over how the program worked, explained all my options and also performed a walking test/foot imprint test! I was very delighted at how everything worked and was ever MORE excited to receive my arch supports! It's only been a few days, but so far, SO GOOD! Juan provided EXCELLENT customer service, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process! Keep up the great work Juan and I'll let you know my feet feel real soon!
Happy Customer!

Luis was very thorough and patient with details. Tested each orthotic and explained the whole program well. When I walked in my knee was hurting when I left with the orthotics and the rest of the day my knee didn’t hurt.
I highly recommend the good feet store

The one who took care of us was really friendly and helpful. His name is Ed and he was very good at explaining how to wear the supports. He is really kind and funny, very easy to talk too! He takes time and puts in effort for everyone. It was a busy Sunday and what he did was bring me and another client into one room to show us how to wear the supports that way we wouldn’t have been there longer than we were. I give it 5 stars especially considering how patient and friendly the environment was! Thanks to Ed I have an understanding on why our feet are important for the whole body and why we must take care of them. Thanks to my father taking me to this place I’m no longer tripping on my own feet everyday anymore!
I have better posture and I no longer lean side to side either. Now I can walk straighter without worrying about tripping or falling. My feet had been weaker especially after I had fractured a small bone in my right foot a few years ago, but now both feet as they adjust feel stronger. I definitely recommend coming here whether you suffered an injury or don’t walk properly it helps regardless to strengthen your foot.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.

Can arch supports help if I buy good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes, often foot pain stems from the foot's condition rather than the shoes. Stabilizing the foot with proper arch supports can minimize or alleviate pain and discomfort from common foot problems.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home on the same day of purchase?
Yes. For ages 6 and up, once fitted, you can take your new arch supports home that day as stocks are fully available at the local store.
