I’m sure the doctors here do a great job, but as a new patient, my first impression was very disappointing. I called at 8:30 a.m. on November 10th, 2025, to confirm my 9:00 a.m. appointment. I asked if I should come in a bit early since I was only five minutes away and still needed to complete new patient paperwork. The person on the phone told me, “Yes, come now so you can start the paperwork.” I arrived at 8:40 a.m., but no one was at the front desk. There were already a couple of patients in the lobby, and a few more arrived while I waited. I sat there until 9:00 a.m. and eventually left because no one had come out or acknowledged me. When I got home, the office called asking if I was still coming. I explained that I had been there, waited 20 minutes, and left disappointed. The staff member then told me, “Oh, we have a meeting every Monday until 9:00 a.m.” So my question is, why tell new patients to come in early if the front desk staff won’t be available due to a meeting? That kind of miscommunication gives a very poor first impression and could easily be avoided.
