Dr.Naidu has now done braces for my son, my daughter, and even my little cousin, and every single experience has been excellent. Today was especially challenging with my work schedule and my daughter’s school schedule, but the office went above and beyond to make her appointment happen. I really want to acknowledge Laura, who was patient, understanding, and so helpful. I also want to recognize Nabe (I hope I’m spelling her name right!) and the front desk receptionist Neatria she is always so kind, warm, polite, and welcoming every time we walk in. The entire team shows great professionalism, but what I love most is the positive energy in the office and how respectfully the doctor treats his staff. You can tell they work well together, and that makes the patient experience even better. Thank you all for consistently taking such great care of my family. Highly recommend!
