Just got my meta's with prescription and I love them. Santiago helped me through the entire process and was great.

Came in hoping to grab a spare set of contacts as my order was delayed. Mario was able to assist me immediately. Literally saved the day/night! Thank you again, Mario! May you get every green light, and close parking forever!

I had a very disappointing experience at this LensCrafters location yesterday. I went in to schedule an appointment for a contact lens exam and to inquire about a pair of Burberry sunglasses that I was very interested in purchasing. Since I recently had facial surgery, I was not able to do the exam that same day, so I simply wanted to check my insurance coverage and schedule everything properly. The young woman at the front desk (she was wearing green Prada glasses) was extremely rude and dismissive. She appeared to be focused on her phone and social media rather than assisting customers. When I politely asked her to verify my insurance and help me schedule an appointment, she acted as if I was bothering her. Instead of assisting me professionally, she repeatedly told me in a very condescending tone to go to another desk inside for help. She barely looked at me, showed no interest in helping, and made the entire interaction uncomfortable and unpleasant. As a paying customer who was genuinely interested in purchasing designer sunglasses and scheduling services, I expected basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I will be taking my business elsewhere, where I am treated with respect and provided with proper customer service.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
