The representative advised him that the glasses would arrive within a few days, which they did, but the prescription was completely wrong. We were told we would receive the corrected glasses with the right lenses within 7 business days. Now it is January 11th, and the store continues to give me the runaround, telling me that a manager will follow up because they are very “busy.” However, no one ever returns our calls. This has become a nuisance, as he cannot properly see since he does not have his glasses with the correct lenses. I would recommend to STAY AWAY from this store, as they are very disorganized and cannot provide helpful information on when my husband’s glasses will be ready.
