- MJMs .JJan 1, 20265.0First of all, Happy 2026 to all! Im thrilled to say I visited the Lens Crafters in Pembroke Pines store #0884. When i tell you it was the most incredible experience!!! I made it a priority to leave a review once I got home. About the store: clean, accessible, fully stocked, visibility as far as categorize products was very user friendly, and fresh aroma as soon as you step in. Customer service: you couldn't ask for better! Literally the ladies (Caroline & Jessica) was so inviting and accommodating. It was genuine goodness! I was greeted and I told Caroline exactly the purpose for my visit: ray ban AI prescriptive glasses. I was literally in and out store in and out in 45 minutes. Caroline took an assessment, got my insurance(under 6 min), size me up, made great suggestion, made adjustment, went over signing, billing(jessica help with billing), finalized me and I pick up my glasses 7 to 10 days done! We laughed, shared life changing stories, and I promise you Ill be back!!!! U rock

Amberly (potential misspelling) and Jessica were rockstar associates. There was a third associate whose name I have forgotten, but I want to acknowledge her, too, for greeting me kindly upon arrival and stating my intake process. From my preliminary checkup to shopping for new eyeglass frames, I was treated with great respect. In fact, I can truly say that they made my experience very fun and enjoyable. Initially, I visited because my prior eye doctor is no longer in my medical plan’s network. So, I found Dr. Sobriel (potential misspelling) at your company. She was phenomenal. The moment that I walked into her exam room, she greeted me professionally and explained the checkup procedure. I was so impressed with her that I told her that I’m switching permanently to her due to the amazing experience that I was having at her LensCrafters’ location. In closing, LensCrafters has found a new customer in me.
