I’m so sad at my experience here. When I first did the intro class I felt that it would be a decent fit for me as my back has been in bad shape for a few years. But right after we were made to clean everything we touched in the studio, I realized that this would in turn make my back worse, as it was a regular thing for the customers to clean the studio. I didn’t like this detail as it seemed that there was a lack of hygiene between the sessions.

Caring instructors who like to push you. Cianara is new at this studio and she is fabulous. Highly recommend

I’ve been coming here for about a year and tried different classes with different instructors. Most are pretty great, especially Kayla and Christy. Unfortunately, I’ve felt uncomfortable with Ashley who literally laughs when coming to “help” correct my position. At first I thought it was a one time thing but it’s happened several times in different classes. Not just with me but with others too sadly. Ashley needs to be more professional and nicer. She seems bitter and cocky for some reason.

Great location and solid class schedule, but classes fill up fast so booking ahead is key. I’ve been practicing Pilates a long time, and instructors like Kris and Xander stand out — their classes are well-paced, challenging, and never boring. Overall, a good spot to stay consistent with your practice.

Love the instructors (Arianna) however the management is the worst I’ve ever experienced! I could go into detail on how poorly they treat their members however I was taught if you can’t say anything nice don’t say anything at all.
