  Yesterday I was seeking an evaluation and x-Ray for an injury to my left wrist post fall. Initially I went to another hospital affiliated urgent care center that I am familiar with, but was told they weren’t doing x-rays yesterday. Glad that I went to Baptist Health Urgent Care in Pembroke Pines. I was in and out in less than two hours including x-rays. Every staff member provided great care and attention. Efficient, professional, reassuring, and caring. Shout out to Natali, patient representative; Alberto, x-Ray tech; Ray and Nells, nursing; Villanueva, Nurse Practitioner. Will definitely recommend this center and return here if I ever need urgent care.

  Amazing experience here. Visited with my son who ended up having a minor fracture. Everyone from check in staff to radiology, nurses, and check out video conferencing team, were all smooth and professional. Nurse Amanda provided 10/10 service and made my son feel so comfortable, safe and explained everything to him allowing him to ask questions and feel “seen” throughout his visit. Highly recommend this urgent care center for those in the area.

  The physician that helped me , Chris, was kind. I told the nurse, Candy, I needed something for pain and her immediate response was “I can’t give you narcotics” which was kind of offensive and off putting. Also, when she asked me what my pain was from a scale of 1-10 I said “11” and she replied “it’s only 1-10 and if it were a 10 you would be crying and inconsolable” as if to imply I wasn’t in the amount of pain I said I was.

  First time visit. Online scheduling and check-in once arrived was fast and easy. I only had to wait 10 minutes before being called back. Facilities were very clean. Intake nurse was friendly and knowledgeable. She seemed genuinely concerned about my condition and what I had to say. Great communication between the intake nurse and the doctor. Doctor was very professional, listened intently and was able to accurately determine what I needed for my condition. I was in and out in about an hour. I was also able to get my prescribed medications right there at the location quickly. Paid cash for services and medication and was pleased with the pricing. Overall a great experience and highly recommend this location and its medical staff to others seeking urgent care services.

  My visit yesterday evening to the Baptist Health Urgent Care came with the same exceptional service I've experienced in the past. My wait time was minimal. Checking in was very efficient and stress-free. Cathy, the nurse who initially engaged to determine and document my medical complaint provided me exceptional patient care. Cathy was extremely caring, kind, personable, patient, knowledgeable, engaging, a good listener and more. I felt confident my care was in very good hands. Dr Stanley, the physician who evaluated my medical issues, provided exceptional care also. He was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, engaging, courteous, a good listener, personable, and much more! I was confident my care was in very good hands. Stacey, the x-ray technician, who took my x-rays, was also very caring, kind, personable, knowledgeable, courteous, engaging and more. Overall, my experience was amazing and helped to somewhat diminish the pain in my hand. Thank you Dr. Stanley, Cathy and Stacey for your exceptional customer care. You each are an asset to the Baptist Healthcare System. You represented Baptist at the highest level of customer care. My sincere thanks also to the young man who registered me and to the young lady who checked me out - exceptional service as well! Thanks to the Baptiste System for having engaged these individuals!
